So what’s good about Penis Health?

I can’t list all the good points because I’d end up writing a book! But I do want to list three of the things I was most impressed by:

Were there any issues with the program?

Well, no program is 100% perfect, and there were one or two small things that initially bugged me when I got Penis Health. The first thing was the layout in the members’ area – I found it a bit confusing at first and didn’t know where to start.

The good news is that they’ve improved the layout since I joined so it’s now much easier to navigate!

The second thing is not really a criticism of Penis health, but it is something you should be aware of when you start the program. Basically, you need to be very careful when doing the exercises or you’ll end up injuring your penis (getting small cuts and bruises).

Like I said, though, this isn’t a fault of Penis Health. It’s the same with any form of penis enlargement – if you’re not careful you can injure yourself.

But as long as you do the warm-ups that Penis Health recommends and start gently, you’ll be absolutely fine.

Note: Penis Health is actually medically endorsed. This means you can be confident that you’re doing something that’s been approved by doctors and experts. Just do it carefully!

And now for the biggest question of all: does Penis Health actually WORK?

I used the program for 6 full months and from my own experience I can say: “YES – it does.”

Very well, in fact.

I already started seeing results after about 2 months. My penis was noticeably thicker, heavier and longer (both flaccid and erect). Also, my erections were much harder than before.

After about 5 months, my penis had gone from about 6.5 inches in length to 8 inches. More importantly for me, it had become much thicker (foolishly, I did not measure the girth I had to start with, but it was easy to see and feel just how heavy and thick my penis had become!)

I stopped doing the exercises after 6 months because I had achieved more or less exactly the penis that I was after - long, thick and hard.

It took a reasonable amount of time (6 months) and a fair bit of work, but I achieved the result I wanted – a bigger, better dick.

It’s true that you don’t need a huge dick to please a woman, but the extra length and girth definitely helps!

There’s still some work for me to do on my ejaculation control (it’s much better than before but not perfect yet), but the main thing is that I am extremely satisfied with the size of my penis now.

It may not add “four inches to your penis in 3 weeks” (as some ridiculous sites claim), but if you stick to the routine and do it for several months, it’s definitely possible to add an extra couple of inches to your length and several inches to your girth.

How to increase penile size naturally

You’re reading this post because you want to find out how to increase penile size naturally. It’s a good question to ask. Firstly, increasing the size of your penis will bring you many advantages.

(viii) Repeat this whole system for the desired number of reps (e.g. 10)

A good jelqing routine

If you want to get results from jelqing, then what you need is a good jelqing routine. It’s not enough to jelq once in a while, when you feel like it. Without the consistency of a routine, you just won’t see any results.

On the other hand, if you do have a routine and you stick to it week after week, month after month, you WILL see results. Don’t be surprised when you look down and find that you have a much bigger, thicker penis.

When you’re starting out, you’ll probably want to stick with the “standard jelq” (which was explained in my how to jelq properly post). But how do you turn this into an effective jelqing routine?

Here are some of the key things you must do:

(1) Set aside a particular time of the day for jelqing - you might decide, for example, that you are going to jelq in the mornings after you’ve had your shower or bath (between 7:30am and 8:00am).

Whatever time you decide to do it, stick to that time every week!

(2) Set aside particular days each week - you also need to decide which days you will jelq (and do the other exercises) on.

If you’re fairly new to the PenisHealth program, you might choose to exercise your penis on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If that is your routine, make sure you stick to it every week.

(3) Warm up first! - As always, make sure you warm your penis up before you do any form of jelqing or stretching. If you’ve decided to jelq after your bath or shower, then your penis should already be warm!

(4) Stretch your penis before you jelq - many men have found it effective to stretch their penis before they start jelqing. So whatever your jelqing routine is, make sure that it is preceded by (at least) a few minutes of stretching!

This will ensure that you get the most benefit from the jelqing you do.

(5) Jelq for the exact amount of time you chose to jelq for! - if you’ve decided to include 10 mins of jelqing in your routine, then make sure you jelq for 10 minutes! Don’t cut corners.

Don’t jelq for 6 minutes and think: “Well, that will do.” Have a stopwatch or alarm clock or some other way of making sure you stick to the allotted time.

A good jelqing routine, in fact a good penis enlargement routine, will specify the exact amount of time to spend on each type of exercise, e.g.

  • Warm-up cloth: 3 mins
  • Long-schlong stretching: 8 mins
  • Standard Jelqing: 10 mins

So these are some of the key points for a strong jelqing routine. Of course, you will not stick to this routine forever. At some stage, you will probably want to move on to a more advanced routine.

How to jelq properly

Jelqing is a staple of any good penis enlargement routine. It plays a major part in helping you achieve a bigger penis. But if you want results, you have to know how to jelq properly.

In this post, we’ll look at the keys to proper jelqing.

(Remember though, after you’ve read a written explanation, you’ll want to see the technique in action. At the end of this post, you’ll find out the best place to do this)

In this post, we’re going to go through the standard jelq. This is the first form of jelqing you should learn. Bear in mind that like all jelqing exercises, the standard jelq adds primarily to your girth.

Here’s how to perform it:

(1) First of all, make sure that your penis is warmed up (this is crucial for safety). You can do this by wrapping a warm cloth around your penis for a few minutes or stretching it lightly whilst in the shower.

(2) The next step is to stroke your penis until it is semi-erect. You do NOT want to achieve a full erection, here. Jelqing is performed on a semi-erect penis, NOT on a fully-erect penis.

So make sure you’re not too excited! If you find your penis getting too hard and erect, wait until it’s lost some of its hardness before continuing.

(3) Now that your penis is semi-erect, encircle it at the base using the “OK” grip (use your thumb and index finger).

(4) Now firmly (but not too firmly!) move your grip down the penis in a sort of “milking” motion. As you move the “OK” grip down the penis, you’re pushing the blood from the base of the penis to the tip.

(5) When your hand gets to the end of the penis, let go of your penis with that hand and encircle the base of your penis with your other hand. Now start milking to the base with this hand. Keep alternating like this.

Milk to the end with the right hand. Then release your right hand and start again with your left hand, again milking from the base to the tip.

And that’s basically it. Remember that your penis must be partially erect (about 50-60% erect) for you to jelq properly. You can do the exercise either standing up or sitting down.

How long you jelq for depends on your experience. If you’ve just started PenisHealth’s program, for example, you might only jelq for 3 mins.

If you’ve been doing the program for quite a few months, you might jelq for 10 minutes or more. The key is to make sure you have the appropriate routine for your level of experience.

Do women prefer a bigger penis?

All around the world the question is being asked: “Do women prefer a bigger penis?” Men have always suspected that women prefer a well-endowed man. But what is the truth of the matter? If you’ve read the articles on this penis health review website, you probably think it’s an advantage to have a big penis.

But do women share your view?

Clearly, we can’t speak for all women. There are no doubt some women who actually prefer a smaller penis. But it should be clear to anyone that the majority of women do in fact prefer a bigger penis. This is not to say that all women are size queens, of course.

But when faced with the choice of a smaller-than-average-penis and a bigger-than-average-penis, most men will opt for the latter.

Perhaps there’s a valid comparison with men and breast-size. Some men do prefer smaller breasts. But it would seem fair to say that a very large proportion of men (most men, perhaps) prefer bigger breasts.

Returning to penis size, it’s important to distinguish what a woman says publicly from what she really thinks. When women are asked if size matters, many may feel inclined to say it doesn’t in order to spare the feelings of their partner or of men in general.

If they had to be truthful, though, there’s good reason to think that a lot of women would admit that they like a penis to be long, hard and thick. Indeed, this is how many women describe their ideal penis when they are feeling aroused.

And when you think of adult novels for women (not that you’d ever read them!), you realize instantly that the men in these novels are always well-endowed. Women clearly prefer imagining a man with a bigger than average penis.

How long does it take to get results from PenisHealth?

Whether you’ve just started the PenisHealth program or been thinking about starting, you’ve probably found yourself wondering: “How long will it take before I see results?”

It’s a perfectly natural question to ask. When you’re investing time in PenisHealth exercises, you want to see gains. You want to know how soon you can expect to have a longer, thicker penis.

The first thing to realize is that generally speaking it will not happen over-night.

There are some cases where men have seen gains very quickly indeed. It is possible to achieve a longer, thicker, harder penis after only a few weeks (there are men in the PenisHealth forum who talk about these gains and actually SHOW you their results).

But don’t expect this. Don’t expect to see huge gains in the first few weeks. If it happens, you’re one of the lucky guys who gains easily. If it doesn’t happen after just a few weeks, don’t worry. It WILL happen if you keep going.

So, when exactly can you expect to see some gains?

This depends entirely on:

(i) How regularly and consistently you do the exercises                                                                                                                                         (ii) How closely you stick to the instructions and routine PenisHealth gives you

If you follow the guidelines and routine to the letter and do the exercises consistently every week, then you can expect to see some very real results after 2 months or so. That’s what I achieved (and one of the reasons why I was prompted to write my penis health review.

But remember that it’s a rough guide only. You have to realize that every man’s body is slightly different. Some men add 1-2 inches very quickly. Others take a bit longer.

But if you’re jelqing, stretching and exercising consistently (as well as safely and correctly), then after a couple of month you will probably find that your penis is longer, thicker and bigger all-round.

You might think that 2 months is a long time to wait. But remember the following:

(i) Anything worth having in life takes TIME to achieve – Miraculous over-night solutions rarely exist. If you want an amazing body, you can’t expect to go the gym for 3 weeks and walk away looking like a “Menshealth” model. It takes TIME.

(ii) When you DO achieve those length and girth gains, you’ll be VERY glad you stuck at it - There’s no better feeling than the one you experience when you see your penis is bigger, thicker and longer than ever. You’ll be very proud and happy that you kept going.

What makes a man want to enlarge his penis?

Men who begin a penis enlargement program do so for different reasons. However, there are certain common themes and it can be interesting to observe the similarities in motivation. In this post, I list three things that can drive a man to enlarge his penis:

(1) A negative experience – For many men the catalyst for penis enlargement is a negative experience. For example, a woman might tell a man that his penis is small, or that she wishes it were bigger, or that her previous partner was “so well-endowed.”

Another sort of negative experience can be seeing or hearing about the size of someone else’s penis.

A man might catch sight of his friend’s penis, or hear about it from others (girls for example). If all the talk is about how “big” his friend is, then he might feel inadequate by comparison. He might feel like “less of a man” than his friend.

These things hurt a man’s pride. He cannot bear the thought that the woman he is sleeping with thinks poorly of his penis. Neither can he tolerate the possibility that he is “less of a man” than her previous partners. Nor can he stomach the idea that his  friend is “bigger” than him.

Why natural penis enlargement is better than any other method

It’s worth remembering that PenisHealth is a natural penis enlargement program. This means that it does NOT  require you to take pills or consume products, undergo any form of surgery or make use of any artificial devices (such as pumps or weights).

In fact, all you need to do the exercises is a pair of hands (your own!) and some sort of lubricant. In addition, you might like to use some talcum powder on your hands, but this is not essential.

The advantages of a bigger penis

My penis health review site would not be complete if I did not say something about the advantages of a bigger penis. Clearly you’re on this site because you’re interested in seeing whether PenisHealth can help you enhance your penis (and perhaps improve your ejaculation control as well).
